Investing in property and land is deemed to be risky and illiquid (takes time to sell property to release funds) and all investors are recommended to seek their own legal and financial advice. 
 
When purchasing property or land either individually or as a company the buyer can appoint their own solicitors and all monies are paid to the solicitors NOT to Jenner Group 
 
On building projects Jenner work with a large design pool comprising Chartered Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Architects and Planning Consultants, M&E, CDM Consultants to ensure that all projects are properly designed and costed PRIOR to completion of the deal. 
 
If Jenner Building is appointed to carry out the building/development work a formal contract will be entered into between Jenner Building and the investor/Company. 
 
We work to minimise the downside risk to our clients but stress that there is always a risk that legislation could change or unforeseen events occur that may cause an unexpected down valuation.
